4th December 2025, Narayanpur-Maharashtra(IN): On the auspicious occasion of Datta Jayanti, devotees from Achyut Keshav Das's group embarked on a heartfelt mission at Narayanpur—a mission filled with determination, devotion, and divine inspiration.
Two dedicated devotees, Anant Varad Das and Aniruddha, set the momentum for the entire day. Despite the late hour, they left Pune at 11:30 pm to ensure they could begin service at the earliest possible time. Their journey, however, was met with immediate obstacles. At around 1:00 am, the police halted their vehicle, as no vehicular movement was being allowed at that hour.
Undeterred, and carrying heavy cartons of books, both devotees continued their journey on foot, determined to fulfil their service for the pleasure of Guru and Krishna. With barely any sleep and without proper prasad, they began distributing books early in the morning—moving from person to person, sharing spiritual wisdom, and spreading divine literature with heartfelt enthusiasm.
As the day progressed, more devotees joined in the afternoon, strengthening the seva and transforming the entire effort into a collective offering. By the end of the day, the team had distributed an inspiring 110 books, hand to hand, creating countless spiritual impressions and planting seeds of devotion in many hearts.
Despite the physical strain, the lack of rest, and the external challenges they faced, Anant Varad Das and Aniruddha remained completely immersed in transcendental bliss—a bliss that comes only from pure service, selflessness, and surrender.
Their example reminds us that true devotion shines brightest in moments of hardship. Service performed with sincerity naturally attracts divine grace.
